These terms govern your use of the Sell My Scrap website and Android app (the "Service"), operated in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. By creating an account or scheduling a pickup, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Sell My Scrap offers doorstep collection of recyclable scrap (paper, plastic, metal, e-waste, appliances, and similar categories) within our serviced areas, with payment made at the time of pickup based on the actual weighed quantity and current rates.

Pricing & Estimates

Prices shown in the app and on the website are estimates based on current scrap rates. The final amount paid is determined by our crew at pickup, based on the actual weight and condition/quality of the items collected — it may differ from the estimate shown when you scheduled the pickup.

Your Account

• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (name, phone, address).
• You're responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• You may cancel a pickup request before it's collected, directly from the app or website.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Pickup requests are confirmed by our team, typically by phone. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a pickup (for example, if the location is outside our serviced areas, or the items described don't match what's presented at pickup).

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to submit false pickup requests, misrepresent the items you're offering, or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the website or app.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
